Kill the Kinky VIPs

This objective will appear after interrogating the pimp Pietro Lovine. This is also the racket’s hideout so killing all enforcers will make this place a whole lot easier. There are multiple entry points in this location, including from the sewers. A stealth approach will give you much needed freedom to explore the place.However, if you can clear out all the sentries first, it will make things a hell lot easier.

All three targets are inside a surprisingly large compound with lots of guests and guards. There are a lot of cash scattered around the area so make sure to collect them all after clearing all the guards and targets. If you made noise, the VIPs won't attempt to escape but they'll stay and search or attack you instead. There’s a Vargas painting in the second floor bar, behind the counter.

Near the second floor bar, there’s a ledge with a sniper rifle. This is a spot where you can use as a sniper nest but with the size of the place and tons of cover, I will still recommend performing stealth kills early in the infiltration to avoid spooking the sentries.

There’s a weapon locker in the lower floor and a medicine cabinet above. There’s also a tac-vest in the group floor, in the northwest corner on the floor. There’s another Vargas painting in the corner of the second floor recreation room.

Captain Pennies

This deviant is found inside the room in the middle of the map. He can easily recognized because of his makeup and bright red hair. There’s also a Repent Issue #2 on the table and a stack of cash inside his bathroom. You can snipe him from the window of Neighbor Phil's room.

Neighbor Phil

This is found on the second floor, in the west. He is crying in front of a dead prostitute and won’t appear as hostile in your intel view. He’s a man with white shirt and white underwear so it’s hard to miss him.

Bother Superior

This sexual predator loves to torture women. He can be found in the lower floor, in the southwest corner of the compound. You can find him immediately by selecting the objective with his name.
