Mardi Gras is in full swing in the French Ward and a perfect cover for your getaway. Walk around while carrying Danny and continue along the straightforward path. Giorgi will find a payphone and clear it for you. Interact with it to make a call to Sammy.

After the phone call continue forth and head towards the marker. You’ll need to go through a bar then back to the main street. As you walk, you’ll hear over the police radio that they have found the boat and are looking for your team. Continue heading to the marker. Once you’re near it, a cutscene will take place.
The police will be zoning the area and will drive back the revelers in search for you. You’ll volunteer as the decoy as your other teammates make the run for it. After the scene, you’ll be in a red police zone which means you’ll be shot on sight.

There’s no use of having a gunfight with the police. Run towards the tunnel to the right then left towards the alley. There will be a patrol car that will block the path ahead so enter the doorway to the left then slowly head towards the street. Look in your minimap and look for the police officer nearby to turn his back. When he does, make a run for it heading to the left until you reach the cemetery.

The cemetery has several police officers deployed and searching the area. This is a blue zone and police won’t be aggressively looking for you. Enter Stalking mode and move behind cover until you’re out of the blue circle in the minimap. When you’re a safe location away from the searching officers, you can stay put until the blue zone disappears and the search to be called off.

Take note however that even when the search is called off, the police will still be able to identify you and attempt to arrest you if they spot you. So, carefully move behind cover and away from any remaining officers in the area as you move towards the objective point.


You’ll find the others there in a car. Enter the vehicle and the police zone will be reactivated. You’ll be thrown in a car chase this time. Drive mad around the city to lose your pursuers then lose your yet to end the heist and complete the mission.

This is also the last mission in this chapter. This is followed by a long story cutscene which starts the central plot in the game and Lincoln's driving force in his rampage.
