Once you’ve dealt enough damage or completing all objectives related to this racket, report back to Jock to get an update about Turetto’s whereabouts. You'll have to head to the same location of the northeast trailer.

Andy will be back again in the same location as the northeast trailer you sabotaged earlier. The best point of entry is once again the western gate, by the railyard. The gate is closed but you can climb over the crate and wall. Like before, it’s best to clear the small office to the left first. Wait for the goons to separate then take them out. Loot the Tac-Vest from the weapon locker inside then work your way to the main office through the garage door on the side.

You may also want to take out the sentries. There are three of them in the vicinity. One is in the trailer office (now destroyed), one inside the main building's garage, and another in the lower officers of the main building near the entrance. Whittle their numbers and lure them into ambushes. The lower office gives you access to a medicine cabinet and weapon locker that contains a powerful one-handed shotgun that can replace your pistol slot.

After clearing most of the guards, you can sneak to the second floor office where Andy and his associate is talking. Attack them and when Andy is on his knees, overpower him so you can either kill him or recruit him (if you have wiretapped the area)

The extortion racket will now be assigned to Vito. If this is your first racket assigned to him, you’ll also get a new associate, the Hit Squad. These are very useful reinforcements that can provide additional firepower or act as decoys. However, unlike the other Associates you have at this point, calling them are not free. You can use markers given by Vito for completing his various missions to summon your hit squad free. If you don't have markers, each call costs $1000. Later on as you increase Vito's total earn, your hit squad will have better equipment, weapons, and even increase in number.
