After untying DeGarmo, collect the adrenaline shot from the nearby medicine cabinet then head outside. Cops will be all over the place so quickly drive around them and try to lose the cops. The car you’re driving is fast but fragile; too many collisions or too much damage will destroy it quickly. It’s also susceptible to gunfire so don’t be surprised if your tires pop as the cops shoot you. After losing the cops, you’ll have a limited amount of time to deliver DeGarmo to Donovan. After reaching him, a cutscene will take place and the mission will be complete.
