Vehicle Delivery

Burke's associate, Hank McGahee can deliver a fresh ride to you from the selection of vehicles that you have currently unlocked (including DLC vehicles). You can't use the service if you're already inside a vehicle. You can freely request for another vehicle, even you have requested the same exact model a few minutes ago. Later in the game, once you have unlocked vehicle upgrades, all vehicles Hank delivers will have the upgrade (excluding DLC vehicles).

The vehicles you can have delivered are the following:

  • Berkley Executive: One of the two default vehicles. Nothing special about this one; average speed and easy to control, this can do most of the jobs except for pursuit and getting involved in vehicle gunfights.
  • Samson Drifter: One of the two default vehicles you can have delivered. Powerful but can be hard to control, especially at high speeds.
  • Pinkerton Titan: Secure Pointe Verdun. This armored van offer much needed protection against small arms fire but its acceleration, control, and speed is horrendous. You don't really need to use this often except when you're planning to knock on the enemy's doorstep and bust through the front gates.
  • Bulworth Mohican: Secure Barclay Mills. Powerful, easy to handle, tough, and very effective in off-roads, this truck can take ample punishment and run over destructible objects like paper.
  • De’Leo Traviata: Secure Tickfaw Harbor. Lightning-fast and responsive, a real De Leo. When fully upgraded, this sportscar whistles like the wind and becomes the perfect vehicle for pursuit and escaping police chases through sheer speed. The only downside is that this vehicle has paper armor. A few rounds
  • Armored Majesty: Secure Downtown. This armored sedan is good for tailing targets you're ought to shoot down or when you want to engage in a vehicular shootout. The armor can take enough damage for you to get your job done.

Police Dispatcher

Fiona Davidson is Burke's associate in the force. She can call off the cops for you but she can't do anything if you're already in a red zone. In the lower levels, you can only avail her service when you're in the blue zone (police are searching for you but they don't have visual contact) However as Burke's earn increases, her service improves as well, capable of getting the cops off your tail even in red zones. In addition, she can even make the cops ignore the crimes you'll commit for a certain amount of time, even if you do it in front of them. It's like a limited police immunity. The duration of this effect increases as her service levels up. (The cost increases as well if you're out of green markers) You can find the timer in the lower-right corner of your screen, beside the minimap. This is perfect for specific tasks that will require run-in with the police.
