Kill Ritchie Doucet

After securing the weed operations in the church, you have to leave and talk to Cassandra next. Enter the Pierced Heart Vodou Shop to trigger a cutscene. After the interrogation, you have to head to Baron Saturday’s Amusement Park.

Interrogation

The amusement park is flooded so head to the objective marker. Climb up the ladder to reach the upper platform.

There are two gang members there that you need to get rid off. You don’t need to fully utilize stealth there. Take them both out and grab the Manitou Model 67 from the ledge and use it to take out the enemies from a great vantage point. Like before, the enemies will be actively searching for you so you can just sit down tight in this position for a while as you snipe unwary enemies from a safe distance.

After eliminating them, ditch the sniper rifle and grab your original primary weapon and climb down. Go through the Baron’s face to reach the bump car area. There are more enemies here. You can use the maze-like corridors and bump cards for cover and ambush points.

After clearing the bump car area, proceed to the exit to find more enemies waiting in the other ride area (Crawdaddy’s Wild Ride). There are two approaches here; take the elevated pathway to the left which also serves as a good sniping point or sneak around at ground level on the right side and use the labyrinthine pathways on the right side of the ride to stalk and take out enemies stealthily.

After clearing out this section of the amusement park, continue heading towards the objective marker. There are two molotovs that you can pick up from a booth along the way.

Continue forth and take out the goons in the next ride’s entrance. Enter the rail ride called Curse of the Bayou Beast and chase down Ritchie Doucet. A handful of his men will attempt to intercept you so take them out until you reach the end of the ride. There are unaware gang members here so you can utilize stealth to take them out. Take advantage of the noise and the dim lighting to get rid of them.

Finally, go inside the tunnel at the end of the rail ride and go upstairs to find Ritchie and two of his henchment. Kick the door open and start the shooting. After disabling Ritchie, interact with him to trigger a cutscene and to complete the mission.
