Interrogate Radio Operator

Head to the dry dock to the northeast. There’s a lot of guards here so it will be a lot easier if you don’t spook the radio operator. There are contraband that you can destroy in the first warehouse so you can destroy them know using your crowbar or do it later. Don't forget to get the TL-49 Fuse on the bench beside a contraband crate.

Once done, follow the marker and continue to the dry dock. Find the stairs outside leading to the second level of the indoor dock. The radio operator is found in the control room in the upper level along with a sentry, two weapon lockers, and a medicine cabinet. Carefully take out the guards then grab the operator before he detects you and attempts to run away. After getting the information you need, you can either clear the dry dock and destroy the remaining contraband for more damage.

Kill Butterbean

Head to the northeastern corner of the Bayou to locate Butterbean. He’s located in the coastal cottage. Don’t attempt to swim since the water is infested with crocodiles. You have to go through the only entrance and either sneak or blast your way inside. He has several goons in his disposal so make sure you bring your heavy guns if you’re planning to go out loud. Since the guards outside are scattered, you can use stealth kills to lessen their numbers first.

Once you reached the cottage itself, the guards are more compressed so it will be hard to perform stealth kills without alerting anyone. However, as long as you cleared the lot, you should be able to go loud now since there's only one path Butterbean and his men can take to leave the cottage. You can set up C4 there beforehand and ambush them with the help of your intel view. Sadly, there are no cash bags or stacks to loot in the cottage. There are floating crates in the water however, that you can destroy for extra damage.
