There are two markers in the map so we’ll go after Pete Lacour to the south of Bear’s location because of the damage and reward level. There’s only one sentry, him, and three other guys hanging around in the yard of the housing community to the southwest of the district. It’s hard to kill them by melee stealth so using your silenced weapons here will do the trick. Since he's in an open area, you can just snipe him from a good distance to disable him. You can also go around the building and target the informant from there. As always, take out the sentry first and if you see the informant trying to escape, pump him with bullets to disable him. Take care of the other hostiles then interrogate the informant.
Rob the Taxi Garage
This information will be revealed by one of the informants. It’s worth completing this since the stash itself is worth $20000. Head to the location and use stealth to thin out the stretched out enemies. There are also two sentries but they’re located in two different garages. At this point, you should already have silenced weapons so use that to your advantage. Use your intel view often to keep track of enemies and to find where the stash of money is kept.
