Confront “Four Fingers” Charlie Kincaid

You’ll now have to infiltrate the church once again. You can use the same tactics as before but take note that there are three sentries now. One good tactic is to enter from the church this time so you can take out the sentry there and a couple more of isolated guards.

Two other sentries are roving outside the warehouse. You can climb up the warehouse’s rooftop from the side or circle around towards the garage that contains the Tac-Vest and medicine cabinet. Either way, it will be a good idea to take out the sentries first before going loud. The previous sniping point provides a good vantage point but I suggest taking out the second sentry that’s isolated from the group.

The third sentry may be hard to stealth kill since he will talking to another gang member all the time so you can sneak back to your sniping point and kill him instead. Like before, use your intel view often to keep track of the enemy movements, especially those who will attempt to climb up the ladder to reach you.

Make your way down and gun down Charlie’s remaining guards. He’ll be cowering alone in the corner office. Approach him without gunning him and you should be able to subdue him immediately. Kill or recruit him to secure the Smack racket.

Assigning this racket to Cassandra will level her up and you’ll gain a new favor: the gunsmith. This allows you to purchase accuracy upgrades to all weapons via the arms dealer. Your kickback will be increased as well.
