After bringing the racket’s earn down to zero, you can now talk to him. Like before, I still suggest completing the other objectives even if the game tells you to talk to Connie since you can still get heaps of cash from completing these.

Back in the warehouse, there are four sentries this time. Still, the best point of entry is the corner office in the ground floor with the weapon locker. Lure the nearby guards and stealth kill them one by one. Next, work your way around the lower rooms to the left where a sentry is taking a leak in the toilet. Take him out then lure at least two nearby enemies to their demise.

Next, you can take out three more enemies behind the pile of crates and the forklift. Now make your way to the stairs and take out the lookout in the middle room with the weapon locker. Sneak to the nearest sentry this time and kill him.

Take the long way around the catwalk towards Roy’s location. Take out the stationary guard there then time your sneak to kill the other sentry.

The last sentry is found in the lower room so if you want, you can go back down and circle there to kill him without difficulty. Otherwise, you can just go loud since the remaining enemies here are pretty much only a handful if you managed to clean the place up. Like before, if you managed to wiretap the immediate area, you can spare this racket boss and have him work for you for more earn.

After taking over the second racket in the district and assigning it to Vito, you’ll unlock an additional favor level from him, additional health. Also, Marcano will be sending his hit squads against you so keep an eye out for them and make sure that you always have a well stocked set of guns all around you.
