This racket boss is located in a large auto-service compound with lots of guards. Due to their numbers, it will be a good idea to thin out their numbers with stealth kills first as you make your way to the target. You don’t have to clear out all guards; just those in your way or those who will blow your cover. Having a silenced weapon will make things a whole lot easier.
Make your way to the garage itself since it gives you access to lots of goodies. There are stacks of cash there and a medicine cabinet in the garage, two weapon lockers in the office that contain a tac-vest and another weapon, as well as a Vargas painting and a huge stack of cash on the table. You can go to the basement to reach the backdoor.
The target is located on a trailer office outside the garage with more scattered guards. You can take out the roving and isolated guards one by one until you get a clear path to get near the trailer office. When you get a clear shot, you can just do a well-placed headshot on the target or lob grenades inside the office to kill his other bodyguards in an instant.
