Now that we’re out of the forest, we’ll now see a change of scenery with the Valley Passage in Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin. Covered with different elements of water, you’ll find enemies that reflect this habitat as well. Clams, flying fish, and more will go around.
Thankfully the objectives of the valley passage are easy enough for you to complete. You’ll have to take some multiple visits though since you’ll need to take out quite a number of enemies. On this page we shall see the objectives that you'll need to clear, as well as Tips on how to finish them. Let’s check what the Valley Passage has for Sakuna.
Unlock Requirements: Complete Forest of Supplication
Location | Enemy Strength |
---|---|
Entrance | Day 10+ / Night 27+ |
Exploration Objective (s) | Star Rating |
---|---|
Clear the innermost area | 1 Star |
Defeat enemies 80/80 | 1 Star |
Return a clam’s projectile 20/20 | 1 Star |
Right at the start of the dungeon you’ll already face new types of enemies. You’ll find clams that shoot projectiles from their mouth, as well as flying fish that are similar to Demon Sparrows. One of your objectives is to return a clam’s projectile 20 times, so you can reflect all of the attacks of the clams here by attacking the orbs they shoot. It’s easy you use up and the light attack in order to do this. A second wave of monsters will appear so you’ll have to take them out after.
Continue to the right side and you’ll find some bushes as well as monsters ahead, you’ll also notice an exclamation mark on the water and this is another resource similar to bushes and mining spots. Here you can get fish as a resource in order to get food.
Once all waves have been defeated, you’ll be able to find a box on the upper area. Open it in order to get a Scroll: Crash combos. You’ll also be able to find some bushes as well as mining spots if you continue to the left side from there. You can then continue the path to the right and defeat enemies along your way.
As you make your way up the hill, you’ll be able to find three clams that you can continue reflecting your projectiles. This should complete your objective by then. You’ll jump down to the next area and fight waves of monsters including clams, fish, as well as a deer. Finishing them all off will let you complete the innermost area.
Before leaving, you can get a box on the upper right side of the area that had 3 pcs of Powder of Transformation. You can then go Home and continue the story since Kaimaru will go missing. You can repeat the dungeon as well if you plan on completing all objectives with the 80 enemies.
