The Bounteous Earth Grotto isn’t a dungeon in a sense where it has monsters that you have to defeat. This will be one of the gathering areas that you can go to each day in order to get materials or resources which is needed in order for you to craft items or cook food. If you’ll notice, the objectives will require you to get specific items only, and there isn’t any monster strength on the stats.
If you go to the right side, you’ll find some bushes that you can harvest normally. There’s a box on the right that will provide you with 5 pieces of salt already, the other box will provide you with a Scroll: Dash. In order for you to complete your objectives, it will require some luck. You’ll notice that there’s a shining green spot at the middle of the area.
This is a gathering spot, and you’ll get random items. Since you already have 5 pieces of salt, you’ll just need 1 more, as well as 1 piece of Powder of Transformation on order to clear both objectives. You can actually save your game while you’re in the dungeon, then start gathering. If you didn’t get the items needed to complete your objective, you can simply load the game once more and try again. This can take you a couple of tries, and it’s all about luck. If you want, you can simply leave the dungeon once you have gathered, and then try again on a different time.
