From the very beginning, you’ll see two water bubbles up ahead that you can jump into and swim upward, you should land on top of the rock that has a bush that you can gather resources. It’s a good idea to put your skills assigned to Swallow Slice since it can help you with navigating this area. From the bush, jump across to the right side or use Swallow Slice to go there.
There will be a platform to the upper right that you can use your Raiment to reach into. From there, stand on the glowing blue spot in order to reach the water that will descend from above. You’ll then jump to the top until you see another rock platform with a blue spot on the edge.
Jump up to the water bubble, and let it bring you above. Use your Raiment to reach the upper left side and you should see a Clam there to indicate you’re heading to the correct direction. If you want, you can jump to the upper right side of the Clam and follow the water bubbles, you’ll find a box on the upper right area of the ridge that contains a Scroll: Exploration as well as some bushes.
Go back to the area where you saw the clam and use skills like Frontal Smash or your Raiment Skill Soaring Bash since this will help you with your other objective of defeating enemies through crashing. Keep doing this as make your way uphill to the upper left side.
You’ll be greeted with enemies along the way, but once you reach the very end you should see a mining spot there that can provide you with Jade for your objective. You can then jump down below and stay on the right side. You should land on a water bubble, or you can use Swallow Slice to the right to make sure you land on the platform. There’s a box there that has 2 pieces of Reducing Remedy.
If you head back to the water bubble, you should drop down to the lower right which will have one bush as well as your second mining spot. You should be able to complete the Jade objective by mining here by then. You can also save your game first just in case and reload in case it doesn’t give the item that you need. You can jump down to the left side and you’ll end up back in the starting area.
Climb back up through the two water bubbles and this time jump down to the lower right side. If you keep going to the right, you’ll end up in a corner that has a clam in front of a huge boulder. Use frontal smash or soaring bash to launch the clam and destroy the obstacle, you should find a box there containing the Treasure (Material) for your objective, the item you’ll get is an Indigo scale. You can head back out and defeat all enemies by crashing them.
Once all enemies have been defeated, head back to the upper left area to the platform with the water bubble. You should be able to see a smaller water bubble that goes left and right, you’ll use this to cross to the right side. Keep on going to the right until you end up in an area with three huge bubbles that are rotating. Ride it and use your Raiment to reach the platform above, you should see a box that has the Treasure (Spirit Bough). This should complete your objective and you can exit the dungeon if you want.
You can complete your other tasks if you haven’t already as well. Or fight the monsters at the bottom and get another indigo scale at the box. You’ll notice that you haven’t found Kaimaru yet, so you can continue to the next area which is the Valley of Illusive Water.
