The art of turning wood into stuff, ah Woodworking! And you get to do it at your spanking new Community Center, or rather on the second flood of your spanking new Community Center, which is all that much the better since you spent a lot of money and time building it! Well, it does have other uses, to be sure, and other hobbies in it, but that is not really the point.
Using the Woodworking Benches on the second floor you have the following options:
As you build Items in the workshop you earn levels, which are:
1.What Is a Hammer?
2.Apprentice
3.Experienced
4.Skilled
5.Expert
6.Master Craftsman

Collecting Your Woodworking Bench Reward
You might think that, in consideration of all the hard work and effort that you put into mastery of the Hobby, the Wizards behind the game would make an effort to let you know just where you go to collect the reward you have unlocked by crafting every one of the Woodworking Hobby Items, right?
Actually no, not so much really...
After you complete this epic crafting Quest, having made a bazillion duplicates in your seemingly unending quest to make the last item on the collection list (which for me turned out to be the Wooden Dragon which was not even the "Rare" flagged item in the fourth set?!) you might logically assume that you can buy your Bench at the in-game store. But no, instead they put the Bench in The Hobby Shop as an item - which makes very little sense but there you have it!
So to save you time mates, that is where it is - in The Hobby Shop - priced at just $1,800 Simoleons.
Well done by the way! Good on ya! Nice one! Now go Fishing!
My woodworking sims get no further than level 3 when I have nearly done all the hobbies and started collecting again on some. Why are they not getting any further on? They have had woodwork benches in their homes since long before I built the community centre. I don't know whether I should get them a different hobby or not : /
How do you get the first set rare?
I have collected first set .. But my "renovation task" is to collect the first set which i have already collected ! But tha task is not shown to be completed !
What do i do ?
