What does the Camera app do in you Nook Phone? The Camera lets you take photos of your current location, and you get to have different control settings with how you are able to adjust them. Photos you’ve taken will get saved on your Nintendo Switch album.
The camera has different features in terms of taking photos. Before accessing the Camera App, take note that you can adjust your point of view first by moving the Right Joystick (applicable while at your home).
Once you have the angle that you want, you can then open the Camera App. The following features are accessible:
Feature | Function |
---|---|
Photo Filter (ZL) | Apply different photo filters to provide different looks and themes for your current photo. You can have a Normal filter, or even change in to Cinematic. Different options are available and you can rotate through them to see what you would like. |
Photo Border (L) | You can adjust the border of your photos if you want to have a design, or change the photo aspect ratio. Different options are available and you can rotate through them to see what you would like. |
Camera Pan (D-Pad) | Press the left D-Pad (or left Joycon face buttons) to move the camera. You pan it on all four directions so you can focus on which area you would like to look ahead. |
Reactions (ZR) | Lets your character do different Reactions such as Joy, etc. to provide different expressions while taking a photo. |
Look at the Camera (R) | Instructs your villager to look directly at the camera. This can be used if your camera angle is far away from where the Villager is facing and they can move their head to look at the camera instead. |
Zoom In (X) | Zooms the camera in and provides a more detailed view |
Zoom Out (Y) | Zooms the camera out and provides a wider view. |
Cancel (-/B) | Turns the Camera App off. |
Take Photo (+) | Takes a photo of your current camera view and saves it to the Nintendo Switch Album |
