What are Reactions in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? This is a function that lets you express different kinds of emotional reactions with your character. You can show expressions such as greetings, sadness, joy, and more.

How do you unlock reactions?

Reactions can be unlocked whenever a Villager teaches it to you. You’ll have to talk to Villagers each day to befriend them, and they’ll likely try to get your attention in order to teach you a reaction. If a Villager calls out for you, make sure to talk to them.
