How large is the Far Cry New Dawn’s Map?

Since the setting of the game takes place after the events of Far Cry 5, you’ll be taken back in Hope County which is basically a rehashed map from the previous game. There are familiar but renamed locations but some regions are inaccessible due to radiation. The roads and trails are still present so you can still use land vehicles to drive around. The northern half of the map will also be inaccessible temporarily until you progress far in the story.
