This outpost is in the middle of a crossroads in an open field so there’s really not much place for you to run and hide in case you want to fall back to reset the aggro or alert status of the enemies inside. The only vantage point is the remains of the water tower connected via zipline.
The outpost only has one watch tower and there are multiple entry points to choose from. One of the good ones is the corner of the outpost near the end of the zipline. You can climb there and since there’s cover, it will allow you to take out the guard in that corner and carefully get near enough to take out the sniper on the watchtower. From there, you can take out the other lookouts, especially the one near the mortar. There’s a lot of cover here, making it easy to stalk targets below and pick them off one by one.
In higher difficulties, one of the enforcers will be guarding the upper ground while one will patrol inside the outpost. If you can snipe them with one shot, then you should prioritize killing them. Otherwise, you’ll have to pick off their allies until they’re the only ones left. You can then order your companion to engage them while you shoot them from behind. Timber is the best companion for taking down enforcers especially if he’s fully upgraded since he can lock them down in a vulnerable position for you to exploit.
Having a bow powerful enough to one-shot enforcers will make undetected liberation attempts for the highest tier outposts a lot manageable. Just get either the elite compound or recurve bow and upgrade them several times until their base damage is around 1800 or 1920. One-shot kills against these tough enemies are very important since they can easily call for reinforcements if they’re injured and can easily detect you even when crouching or in cover, blowing your cover before you can even make your move. Thes sample videos below will feature strategies surrounding this weapon.
You can refer to the sample videos below on how to achieve undetected or at least "No Alarms" liberation. Due to some random factors out of your control, like random animal attacks or friendly NPCs wandering near the outpost and triggering a response from enemies inside, you should adjust your strategy accordingly.
