Aside from your homebase, there are only two outposts with helipads in the game: Signal Point and Trailer Town. There’s also only three helicopters you can build. Of the three, only the Elite tier chopper comes fully equipped with guns, rockets, and flares. You can spawn them from any of these two helipads. Sadly, unlike the previous game, there are no aircraft available in this game.
