Rank 1 Difficulty

The actual package will be marked with a pink flare and it’s in the lower deck near the bow of the ship. You can sneak in from any entry points of the ship, just make sure to silently take out the snipers and guards to prevent them from calling reinforcements early. I suggest making your way up to the bridge so you can take out the sniper there and safely tag the enemies there, including the ones driving the cars around the deck.

It will be hard to sneak around the cars while they’re moving around so you have to spook the drivers by shooting at them. This will cause them to leave their vehicles, which will allow you to pick them off silently.

After clearing the deck, you just need to find the opening to the lower deck. There are only a couple of enemies guarding the actual package. Don’t descend via ramp since you’ll be seen almost immediately. Instead, peek from the ledge to see if you can just perform a jump takedown. Clear out the guards then pick up the package when ready.

The extraction point is on the beach to the southeast. Quickly run back to the top deck and either run to the escape point or use one of the available vehicles there. Upon arriving in the extraction point, you can use the machine gun or your own weapons. There’s really little cover here so make sure to take cover if you need to reload. Keep fighting and surviving until the chopper arrives. Exped complete!

Rank 2 Difficulty

In Rank 2 difficulty, the package is located inside the bridge itself. Like before, you can sneak inside the bridge using the same route as before; you just need to be wary of the more guards. You just need to take out the watchers outside then sneak inside.

Once you reach the bridge, you’ll need to find a way to deal with the enemies inside. There are two inside the bridge itself, one sniper outside, and another sniper above the bridge. You can take out the sniper outside then quickly and silently kill the other two guards inside. Once the bridge is clear, kill the sniper on the roof before picking up the package.

The extraction point is in the lighthouse to the northwest so use the zipline and use the truck left behind by a highwayman earlier. Drive/ run to the lighthouse. This position can be easily defended, thanks to the high ground and good cover. Highwaymen will arrive using vehicles via the main road so using explosives and/or grenade/rocket launchers is recommended.

Rank 3 Difficulty

At the highest difficulty, you should at least carry elite weapons, preferably a grenade launcher, a bow, and another reliable crowd control weapon such as an LMG or assault rifle. Having a bow powerful enough to one-shot enforcers will make this mission a lot manageable. Killing the enforcers in one-shot is very important since they can easily call for reinforcements if they’re injured, blowing your cover before you can even reach the package. From the drop off point, ride one of the vehicles and bring it as close to the ship as possible. You’ll use this as your escape vehicle later on.

In this playthrough, I was able to take the normal entrance since I can one-shot the enforcers. If you don’t have such capability, you have to sneak using the scaffolding on the stern of the ship and carefully head inside, bypassing the two enforcers. And if you’re forced to bypass them, you’ll have a harder time killing the other highwaymen patrolling the deck and others within their line of sight.

Like the previous mission, package is located inside the ship’s bridge. However, there are two enforcers guarding the entrance on the side of the ship and another one roving the walkway above the entrance to the bridge. Taking out the enforcers will allow you to freely pick off the other highwaymen on the ground, giving you a clear escape route.

Once you make it to the bridge area, it’s important to take out the sniper on the roof so you can also place a trap on the mortar. There are two guards inside the bridge so you’ll need to sneak past their line of sight then silently take them out from behind.

Regardless if you managed to clear the area or if you bypassed the enforcers, you have to quickly get back to your escape vehicle after picking up the package. The extraction point is past the checkpoint to the north.

Upon arriving there, place some proximity explosives along the road. Enemies will be arriving on the road and from the hills. There’s little cover but as long as you kill enemies quickly, you’ll have a lot of time to regenerate your HP. Since this is the highest difficulty, it’s important to kill immediate threats who are shooting your helicopter before you can even board it.
