You can earn more perk points by doing the following:

  • Completing challenges (See the Challenges tab in the main menu for the list of challenges)
  • Finding Perk magazines inside vaults or prepper stashes via Treasure Hunt missions.
  • Rescuing and releasing prisoners from cage trucks (random encounter, repeatable)
  • Rescuing and releasing hostages (random encounter, repeatable)
