Specialist: Selene

Head to the marked location and talk to Selene. She will ask for your help in retrieving her stash of “herbs”. This seems to be doable since the stash is located near a ledge. Find a way to jump on that ledge to reach the stash. Upon landing, the ledge will give way, dropping you to the flooded portion of the tunnel. You’ll have to somehow find a way to go back up again.

Dive in the water to retrieve some of the items in the bottom while the water level is low. Next, swim to the nearest ledge and climb up. To get back up, you need to deliberately flood the place. So head inside the tunnel and loot the containers you find along the way. Continue along the straightforward path until you reach a large water pipe with two valves near it. You need to turn both valves to cause the main pipe to overload and spew water. Turn around and start running back to the silo’s main shaft since the place will start to flood quickly so you don’t want to get trapped inside for long.

The water level will only rise to a certain extent so you’ll have to repeat the process again. This time, climb up to the next tunnel and follow the mission marker. There are some wild dogs inside to you’ll be forced to kill them. After encountering the dogs, turn to the next right to find a safe.

After looting it, follow the marker and dive through the flooded corridor. After reaching the end of the corridor, find the next large pipe. First, turn the yellow valve to build pressure then destroy the red pipe fitting. This should blow up the large pipe’s cover, destroying the metal door in front of it.

Go past that door and enter the next room with the main water pipe with several smaller pipes. To overload the pipe, you have to turn all inlet valves and turn off all outlet valves. You can identify the pipe with the labels on them. If a pipe is blocked, you’ll see it spraying a bit of water by the valves. You only need to turn off one outlet and turn on two inlets. After doing this successfully, you’ll hear a loud blow and the silo will start to flood.

You don’t have to backtrack your path so head to the next blocked tunnel beside the room. Wait for the water to get high enough so you can swim past the barricade. Fortunately the whole tunnel won’t get fully submerged since you’ll have access to air pockets on the top of the tunnel. Follow the path while taking in breaths using the said air pockets until you reach a shallow part of the tunnel. There’s another pipe there with a pressured fitting. Climb up the floating crate and shoot it to blow open the metal door. Swim back to the main shaft. Like before, it will only flood to a certain level and you have to repeat the process for the last time. Find the nearby ladder and climb up to the next ledge.

This time, you’ll have to watch out for snakes. Follow the path and loot the containers along the way. There’s a safe you’ll find before taking the second set of stairs. Loot it then continue going upstairs. Enter the red room and go downstairs.

Kill the snake around the corner then kill the wolverine that will appear shortly. Continue around to the next set of stairs. Before going downstairs, there’s another snake in the corner before the stairs. Kill it before going downstairs to the flooded bottom floor. Now there’s a crocodile here so don’t swim in the water yet. Try to shoot it from the stairs. You should have a clear shot to it.

This is the only crocodile here so swim to the flooded floor. Continue swimming along the flooded tunnel until you reach a large valve. Operate it to flood this tunnel. You have to swim back quickly and reach the stairs.

From there, keep running until you reach the main shaft. From there, swim to the middle of the shaft and wait for the water to keep rising until you reach Selene’s field kit. Once the water stopped rising, find the nearby ladder and climb up. Talk to Selene to complete the mission.
