This is a somewhat large outpost with several entry points. There are high ground to serve as vantage point for scouting but you’ll have to sneak in to deal with the threats. In Rank 2 and Rank 3 difficulties, there will be guard dogs patrolling around the circular track. Just simply getting close to the outpost might attract the dogs. Bring Timber to help deal with the enemy canines especially at higher difficulties.
When the canines are alerted, all enemies will follow the dogs leading to you. Fortunately, the dogs won’t follow you especially if you managed to leave quickly. A good tactic is leaving a proximity mine while running away or create diversions using baits. If you have an explosive weapon like a grenade or rocket launcher, you can take the chance to blow them up if they group up together. Make sure to relocate after firing to avoid getting detected. Having access to the Ghost perk will make relocation easier while protecting your cover.
During the commotion, you may find enforcers leaving their posts or get separated from the group. When that happens, prioritize finding an opening to take them out silently.
Having a bow powerful enough to one-shot enforcers will make undetected liberation attempts for the highest tier outposts a lot manageable. Just get either the elite compound or recurve bow and upgrade them several times until their base damage is around 1800 or 1920. One-shot kills against these tough enemies are very important since they can easily call for reinforcements if they’re injured and can easily detect you even when crouching or in cover, blowing your cover before you can even make your move. Thes sample videos below will feature strategies surrounding this weapon.
You can refer to the sample videos below on how to achieve undetected or at least "No Alarms" liberation. Due to some random factors out of your control, like random animal attacks or friendly NPCs wandering near the outpost and triggering a response from enemies inside, you should adjust your strategy accordingly.
