Upon arriving, clear the area of hostiles then read the clue. The entrance to the bunker is blocked by massive field of electricity so you’ll have to find a way to turn it off. The power is supplied from inside the house.

The house’s door itself is locked from the inside. Climb up the roof and find the opening near the door. You should see the lock inside. Shoot it to open the door.

Head inside the house and loot it of items. Head to the last room to find the power switch. Interact with it to power off the large machine outside. From there, you just need to enter the bunker and get past the unlocked security door to loot the goodies inside.
