This is a small outpost but pretty guarded nonetheless. There’s a pressure valve on the main building that you can turn. This will cause an explosion to the highlighted area below. If you time it right, you can kill at least two enemies in the immediate area without arousing suspicion. You can also use a predator bait around that area to force enemies to group up.

The lookout positions in the image above will contain have snipers and normal highwaymen. As you increase the difficulty, one of them will have an enforcer lookout. The other enforcer will be patrolling, which includes outside the outpost, giving you a brief window to perform a takedown.

That said, the best entry point is the main building’s back door. This gives you access to the pressure valve on the rooftop and easy access to the adjacent building which also serves as another lookout position. From there, you can easy pick off other lookouts from the other positions. Once the lookouts or the enforcers have been dealt with, you’ll have minor resistance in wiping out the remaining enemy forces without being detected.

One-shot Bow

Having a bow powerful enough to one-shot enforcers will make undetected liberation attempts for the highest tier outposts a lot manageable. Just get either the elite compound or recurve bow and upgrade them several times until their base damage is around 1800 or 1920. One-shot kills against these tough enemies are very important since they can easily call for reinforcements if they’re injured and can easily detect you even when crouching or in cover, blowing your cover before you can even make your move. You can refer to the sample videos below on how to achieve undetected or at least "No Alarms" liberation. Due to some random factors out of your control, like random animal attacks or friendly NPCs wandering near the outpost and triggering a response from enemies inside, you should adjust your strategy accordingly.
