31 Zangoose Normal
31 Zangoose Normal

Chef Albern (Prize Money: p1,984)

Triple Battle: Defeat in 3 turns

Rotation Battle: Defeat in 6 turns

Level Pokemon Type
31 Simipour Water
31 Simisear Fire
31 Simisage Grass

After completing the course meal without going over the required number of turns and without any pokemon fainting, you'll receive Big Mushrooms as reward. The number of mushrooms you'll receive will vary on your performance.

Restaurant Le Wow

This is a three-star fine-dining restaurant found in Hibernal Avenue. They offer the following meal courses each costing p100,000:

  • Double Battle
  • Triple Battle
  • Rotation Battle

The reward for winning the full course are Balm Mushrooms.

(Double Battle)

Round 1

Owner Christophe (Prize Money: 10,080)

(2 turns)

Level Pokemon Type
63 Druddigon Dragon
63 Ferrothorn Grass/Steel

Use ice-type moves against Druddigon and fire-type moves against Ferrothorn for quadruple damage.

Round 2

Owner Christophe (Prize Money: 10,080)

(2 turns)

Level Pokemon Type
63 Amoonguss Grass/Poison
63 Alomomola Water

Amoongus can be easily dealt with fire or ice while Alomomola's high HP may become a problem even if you use super-effective moves against it. However, if your Pokemon's levels are much higher, you should be able to take them out in one shot.

Round 3

Garcon Morris (Prize Money: 4,032)

(3 turns)

Level Pokemon Type
63 Wobbuffet Psychic
63 Milotic Water

Wobbuffet is considered one of the “tanks” in Pokemon. It has a really high HP and its moves rotate around its survivability. Milotic in the other hand, has high sp defense but low defense so use physical attacks or super-effective moves like electric or grass against it.

Round 4

Garcon Morris (Prize Money: 4,032)

(2 turns)

Level Pokemon Type
63 Lucario Fighting/Steel
63 Floatzel Water
Guide Image

These two will stall you by using Protect on the first turn, then use a first-move attack on the second. Your first turn will be probably wasted so you have to defeat them in one hit for the second turn.

Round 5

Waitress Paula (Prize Money: 4,032)

(2 turns)

Level Pokemon Type
63 Exploud Normal
63 Aurorus Rock/Ice

These two will use Echoed Voice which will increase that move's power by 40 for any Pokemon that uses it in the field. The move has a base power of 40 so if another one uses it the next turn, it will become 80 and so on until it reaches the maximum of 200. This seems like bad news but as long as you defeat them immediately, you should be safe from this move's high damage potential.

(Triple Battle and Rotation)

Round 1

Owner Christophe (Prize Money: 10,080)

Triple Battle: 4 turns

Rotation Battle: 6 turns

Level Pokemon Type
63 Druddigon Dragon
63 Ferrothorn Grass/Steel
63 Qwilfish Water/Poison

In a triple battle, four turns is more than enough to deal with them. Use electric, ground or psychic against Qwilfish. In a rotation battle though it will be a different story. It will be hard to anticipate which Pokemon will be rotated. Qwilfish can use Protect to stall your Pokemon and being able to one-shot your opponents will become a big deal.

Round 2

Owner Christophe (Prize Money: 10,080)

Triple Battle: 3 turns

Rotation Battle: 6 turns

Level Pokemon Type
63 Amoonguss Grass/Poison
63 Alomomola Water
63 Audino Normal

Even with the addition of Audino, this group wouldn't be that much of a problem. Use fire against Amoonguss, elect/grass against Alomomola then Fighting or any high-damaging moves on Audino.

In a triple battle, prioritize taking out Amoonguss in one-hit as its Spore can put your Pokemon to sleep and will waste your turns. Once Audino is rotated, it will stall you by using Protect.

Round 3

Garcon Morris (Prize Money: 4,032)

Triple Battle: 3 turns

Rotation Battle: 6 turns

Level Pokemon Type
63 Wobbuffet Psychic
63 Milotic Water
63 Shieldon Rock/Steel

Shieldon is a new addition to the team. You can easily get rid of it by using Fighting-moves against it. Be wary of its Sturdy ability as it can stall you at the wrong time. Same tactics apply to the other two. In a Rotation Battle, Shieldon will still delay you with Protect and Sturdy.

Round 4

Garcon Morris (Prize Money: 4,032)

Triple Battle: 3 turns

Rotation Battle: 6 turns

Level Pokemon Type
63 Lucario Fighting/Steel
63 Floatzel Water
63 Togekiss Fairy/Flying
Guide Image

Apply the same tactics against the first two. For Togekiss, you have a lot of super-effective options to choose from: electric, ice, poison, rock or steel. Togekiss has the ability to use Follow Me, a move that will divert all attacks to it. In a rotation battle, all of them can awfully waste your turn by using Protect so you have to take them out in one-hit whenever you have the chance.

Round 5

Waitress Paula (Prize Money: 4,032)

Triple Battle: 3 turns

Rotation Battle: 6 turns

Level Pokemon Type
63 Exploud Normal
63 Aurorus Rock/Ice
63 Chatot Normal/Flying
Guide Image

All three of them can use Echoed Voice while Chatot can cause confuse your Pokemon with some of its moves. Other than that, just apply the tactics you used earlier. In a rotation battle, this can mean delayed turns.

Sushi High Roller

This is a VIP-only restaurant that's located in the alley between Rogue Plaza and North Boulevard (In front of Gate 14.) You can only access this after becoming a champion. Be warned though, each course here costs p500,000 each. There reward for completing the full course are Big Nuggets, which can be sold for 10,000 a piece.

(Double Battle)

Round 1

Furisode Girl Gwyneth (Prize Money: p4,680)

(3 Turns)

Level Pokemon Type
65 Tropius Grass/Flying
65 Ninetails Fire

Ninetails' Drought ability will activate instantly as soon as it enters the battle. This is similar to Sunny Day but the effects will remain for the duration of the battle until another weather condition changes. It increases the power of fire-type moves by 50% and decreases the power of water-type moves by 50%. It also enables Tropius to use Solar Beam without charging. Since you can't remove the effects of Drought unless your own Pokemon's ability / move triggers it, take out Tropius first to prevent it from using Solar Beam. It should be easy since Tropius has average overall stats.

Round 2

Furisode Girl Cliantha (Prize Money: p4,680)

(3 Turns)

Level Pokemon Type
65 Hippowdon Ground
65 Gliscor Ground/Flying

Hippowdon's Sand Stream will activate immediately. Like Drought, this weather condition can only be removed or “overwritten” by another one. This has the similar effect to Sandstorm and Steel, Rock and Ground-type Pokemon will be immune to its constant per-turn damage. Effectively use water-type moves like Surf to take out both of them.

Round 3

Furisode Girl Thalassa (Prize Money: p4,680)

(3 Turns)

Level Pokemon Type
65 Politoed Water
65 Beartic Ice

Politoed's Drizzle ability will activate at the start of the battle. Like the other weather conditions in the past rounds, this one can only be replaced by another one. Water-type moves will be increased by 50% while Fire-type and Solar Beam damage is reduced by 50%. Use super-effective moves to take out both opponents.

Round 4

Furisode Girl Nerissa (Prize Money: p4,680)

(3 Turns)

Level Pokemon Type
65 Abomasnow Ice/Grass
65 Mamoswine Ice/Ground

Abomasnow's Snow Warning has the same effect as Hail. With this in effect, Blizzard will always hit the target, Pokemon with Ice Body recovers a bit of their HP and Pokemon with Snow Cloak, such as Mamoswine will have its evasion raised by 20% while under the effect of Hail/Snow Warning.

Round 5

Owner Kazu (Prize Money: p10,400)

(3 Turns)

Level Pokemon Type
65 Cofagrigus Ghost
65 Bronzong Steel/Psychic

Nothing special; Cofagrigus' Mummy ability will just infect a Pokemon upon contact and will just overwrite the infected Pokemon's ability during the battle. Hit it with ranged attacks to prevent getting affected by its ability. Bronzong has good Defense and SP Defense stats so expect it to endure super-effective moves.

(Triple Battle/ Rotation Battle)

Round 1

Furisode Girl Gwyneth (Prize Money: p4,680)

Triple Battle: 3 Turns

Rotation Battle: 6 Turns

Level Pokemon Type
65 Tropius Grass/Flying

You need to beat the elite four and if they still won't let you in then max your style, especially if in the future you want access to the sushi high roller.
