Prerequisite: Establish an outpost in Eos. The planet’s atmosphere should’ve stabilized, allowing you access to the western half of the map.

This becomes available after finding a kett surveillance device in one of the kett camps scattered in Eos. You have to find and destroy more for SAM to determine the next course of action. Refer to the screenshots below for the locations of the devices.

After destroying all surveillance devices, SAM will mark the central location where the devices transmit their data to. Head to that location and clear out the enemies in the vicinity.

Once the facility has been cleared, make your way to the platform above and use the console. You have to defend this spot for at least three minutes against two waves of kett reinforcements.

After taking out the reinforcements, you’ll now need to destroy the console by shooting at it. The task will be complete afterward.
