Prerequsite: Completing “A Dying Planet” and reset the third vault in Havarl
This will become available after completing “A Dying Planet” and reset the third vault in Havarl that will help revive the planet. Visit any other system or planet then check your email. There should be one coming from Director Addison stating that they have dispatched several researchers on Havarl. You have to go back and contact the director from there. Head to the Pelaav Research Station and go to the previously-locked room on the upper level of the research station.. Activate the holo projector to talk to Addison and complete the mission.
