Nexus Reunion

Unlike in the previous chapter, your inventory should be accessible at this point. Check out your inventory and get used to the functions, categories, etc. After successfully checking out Habitat 7 but with the loss of your father, the Hyperion has successfully docked at the Nexus. Your first order of business is to reach the Nexus via tram. After reaching the Nexus, you’ll find that the place is on standby. First, interact with a familiar face - the VI Avina.

After asking her as many questions as you like, you have to talk to an actual Nexus personnel. There’s a maintenance guy working on some electrical panels in the middle of the area.

During the conversation, one of the Nexus officers, Kandros, will welcome you. Follow him as he leads you back to the tram leading to Nexus operations. A cutscene will follow. After talking to the director, the objective ends.

“Task: Getting to Know the Nexus” becomes available after talking to Director Tann and the other leaders of the Nexus. Speak with Tann to continue with the story. You’ll learn that your next expedition is to the planet called Eos. Shortly after the conversation with him, SAM will speak with you via private channel. This will activate the next Priority Ops. (A Better Beginning) During this conversation, you can also ask him about the Missing Arks to activate the Task: Missing Arks. This mission will be completed as well.
