Prerequisite: Complete “Meet the Resistance”

Note: This quest’s other title is “On the Front Lines”. “Eyes on the Ground” becomes the title if you completed Helping Havarl’s Scientists first before talking to the lookouts.

This will become available after speaking with the lookouts in the eastern exit of the resistance base. Head to the small angaran station called Hjara. Make sure to activate the forward station nearby as well. Speak to Skeot to complete the task and start the following mission “Stage a Rescue”.

Before leaving the settlement, enter the next building to find an irritated researcher. Talk to him and examine the nearby console to begine another quest “Frequency”.
