What He Would Have Wanted

Prerequisite: After establishing the outpost (Prodromos)

Start this by finding the kett camp marked in the map, due east of the lake near Four Giants. After clearing the camp, find and interact with the field communicator on the ground, beside the transport to start the quest. You need to install five beacons on the marked points on the map to finish the technician’s job. You can do these in any order you please. The mission will complete automatically after planting the fifth beacon.

One spot is located directly southeast of the starting point. This is the closest one so you just need to simply drive there. You can plant the beacon in the middle of the towering rock spires overlooking the massive Remnant monolith to the south.

Another spot is located far to the eastern side of the Four Giants desert stretch. This spot is located on a hill close to an unmarked yet smaller vault to the north.

The spot located at the edge of the cliff west of the main lake vault has an established Kett camp. Clear out the camp so you can safely plant the beacon.

This spot is also overlooking the Presson Dunes, southwest of the massive Kett base. It’s right beside some Remnant ruins so take out the remnant creatures then plant the beacon.

The last spot is located in the region south of Prodromos, overlooking the larger lake. Just follow the objective marker to locate the exact position. It’s easier to reach this if you’ll come from the plateau above.
