Prologue - Twins

The prologue starts with a group of friends in a secluded mountain cabin. You'll take control as Beth, one of The Twins. Interact with the objects in the kitchen to trigger the next cutscene. After Hannah runs off, you'll have the option to either Wake Josh or Find Others.

After Beth runs outside, press the QTE prompts until you reach a point where you have to choose a Safe or Fast route. As a general rule in the game, the fast route is riskier will feature QTEs while the safer route has less QTEs and risk. After choosing the path, you'll have to decide on whether you'll follow the Follow the Footsteps or Follow the Noise.

Shortly after, Beth will turn on her phone's flashlight and you'll have to explore again while walking. Follow the straightforward path until you find a glint on the ground. Examine it to pick up the Death Totem. Continue forth until you find Hannah.

From hereon, it's just a long cutscene until the two of you gets driven off the edge of the cliff. From here, you'll have the option to Drop Hannah or Let Go. Whatever you select, the outcome's going to be the same.
