During the sequence when Emily is chased by the wendigo from the mines, she'll get bitten along the way. Later in the chapter once the group retreats to the basement, Ashley will notice the bite. Mike will then have the option to shoot Emily or Not.

Shoot Emily
Do not shoot Emily

Butterfly Effect Update: Shoot Emily

Shooting Emily will unlock the trophy "The Exorcism of Emily".

Butterfly Effect Update: Don't shoot Emily

Not shooting Emily will unlock the trophy "Let eM In" and what seems to be the best choice, especially if you're trying to keep everyone alive.
