Wasteland has an 'e' in it, the title of this map is spelled wrong.
To find zion, you need to have honest hearts dlc. After that you will get a radio signal that tells you to head to the northern passage. Its east of the tumble weed ranch, or just go to the mountains at the farthest northern part of the map.

Fist u need to find Veronica at the 188 trading post the go I the hidden valley and Veronica will open one of the bunkers!

that or if your doing arcades quest and learn it near the end of the quest

Allright so I have some power armor but I have to be trained to use it how do I go about doing that
Actually I take that back. I did some research and apparently you have to do Arcade Gannon's quest For Auld Lang Syne. During the quest, you will have to speak to five Enclave personnel and will gain the password through them.

If I had to guess, its probably like the other faction safehouses and you probably need to be in good standing with the Followers of the Apocalypse to get the passcode and gain entry. Every faction has a safehouse like that somewhere in the wasteland, like the Brotherhood of Steel safehouse near Black Mountain or Caesar's Legion safehouse near the Nuclear Test Site. You need to do things for the respective faction to get fame with them to get the use of their safehouse.
