Resphina looks like the Secret Boss, Gabriella and has the same moveset/ attacks too. She's the last boss of the Cave of the Seven Stars, accompanied by two high-HP Bandit Kings. In this dedicated page, we will discuss the necessary preparations
* Sylvan Mail (1)
* Dueling Suit (2)
* Robe of Deception (3)
* Amulet of Flexibility (4)
(1) Forge from Meteorite via Blacksmith, with Magical Rasp
(2) Forge from Moonrock via Blacksmith, without Magical Rasp -or- Damascus, with Magical Rasp
(3) Forge from Rune Metal via Blacksmith, without Magical Rasp
(4) Craft from Iron using Cyuss, Ioshua, Mavelle, T’nique, Welch, and Erys
The Robe of Deception doesn’t provide that much protection so you may consider equipping the Amulet of Flexibility instead. The downside is that it will take up an accessory slot.
Equipping your characters with Star Guard is also a good option. Aside from having high block rate, it also sprays out multiple star-like projectiles that damage the attacker. At close range, this can deal a lot of damage. This Equipment can’t be crafted and can only be found in the Space-Time Laboratory, Revorse Tower, and Cave of the Seven Stars.
The Bandit Kings will keep your fighters busy for a while and they do deal lots of damage so avoid getting caught in between them. Set your fighters’ strategy to “Protect Friends” to prevent the bandit kings from flanking them. Try to interrupt their attacks with weaker AoE Spells since they have faster cooldowns. You can also try using buffing items (like the Victory Card, Potion of Might, etc) between “free” intervals.
Resphina’s “boomerang” ranged attack can cover a large area of the battlefield and can heavily damage your characters while pushing them back at the same time. If left alone, Resphina will also be able to cast powerful, all-party Spells as well, even while on the move, making this ability equally annoying and dangerous. Resphina can also heal her party but thankfully, the amount of HP she can recover is negligible.
Her variant of “air slash” is a powerful, multi-hit that can decimate anyone caught along its path, regardless if the targets are full HP or not. This attack can also reach your spellcaster(s) in the far corner of the battlefield so be prepared to get out of the way.
Control your healer, preferably Millie and have lots of recovery and support items. Try to cast Spells and use items in very short intervals so you can make the most of each opportunity. Just let your fighters do their thing in engaging the bandit kings while you keep them alive with healing items and spells. You’ll struggle early in the battle but as soon as the bandit kings gets eliminated, ganging up on Resphina and pummeling her will be very easy. It's also possible to corner her once she's alone and she'll die shortly after that.
