How to Recruit Pericci

Pericci is one of the optional characters you can recruit later in the game, at the point of the story where you already acquired the Silvalant Emblem. However, recruiting her requires an item that you should have picked up very early in the game. In this page, we will go in detail how to recruit this cute and playful ally.

You’ll first encounter Pericci in one of the cells of the Pirate’s Hideout, after defeating the boss.

Once you’re back in Portmith, she’ll run away immediately but will fall on her face, leaving a shining object on the ground. Approach that object and pick it up to obtain Pericci’s Ocarina

Hold on to this item until you get the Silvalant Emblem. At that point, you should have at least an available slot in your party. Travel all the way to Kraat (the backwater village where Roddick and Illia started their journey) and do a Private Action.

Equip the Ocarina you got earlier and approach Millie and Illia playing with a purple cat. When Millie asks you to get the cat a name, select PERICCI.

Move away from the cat and keep pressing A until Roddick plays the Ocarina. The cat will transform to Pericci. Watch the following scenes and she’ll join your party automatically.
