If you didn’t recruit Cyuss, Phia will approach your party and will offer to guide you. You can choose to let her join the party temporarily or not. Even if you’re undecided whether to recruit her later or not, I suggest letting her join for now then get her Equipment since it’s basically a free upgrade for Roddick.

You can still sail back to Portmith but you have to pay for fare this time. You don’t have anything else to do back there so just explore the town a bit. There are some new Equipment from the weapon shop and a new Skill Set (Knowledge 2) from the skill guild so don’t forget to buy that too. Enter the house north of the weapons shop and grab the Amulet of Antivenin in chest inside

Sleep at the town’s inn to witness a cutscene with Millie and Ronyx. Once ready, exit the town. If you’re planning to recruit Phia, you can spend some time on the world map to farm EXP and Fol. Otherwise, just follow the path to reach Tatroi.
