Project Wingman’s campaign has 21 missions in total, with each mission averaging around 10-15 minutes to complete. On a good run without restarts, accidents, or grinding, you may finish the entire campaign more or less around 5 hours. Of course, accidents will happen and you may encounter challenges but don’t worry! We’ll do our best to help you.While we’ll offer pointers and tips, ultimately, the pilot behind the plane is still you so if you’re having problems completing a mission, try a different plane or approach, or even swallow your pride and attempt the mission on a lower difficulty. In this page, we’ll discuss how to complete Mission 15: Consequence of Power, including the recommended aircraft, strategies, and more.
| New Aircraft|| Sk.37|
| Initial Objective(s)|| Destroy all targets: Air-to-Ground, Air-to-Air|
| Updated Objective(s)|| None|
The newly unlocked Sk.37 has excellent stats but with a really mediocre assortment of weapons so if you’ve already purchased either the ACG-01 Chimera or F/S-15, you can use them instead to save money. There will be airships that will take part in this battle so bringing the Chimera’s ASM
will make things a lot easier. You don’t need a double MLAG
loadout so bring both AA and AG SP instead.
Take note that the plane you choose in this mission is the same one that you’ll be automatically using in the following mission.
There are no priority targets marked in the AO so you can freely choose and destroy targets as you please. There’s a large number of aerial targets as well as some ground targets. Approach the city and knock out the advanced SAMs since they can be quite dangerous once the air battle starts. There’s also an active runway where enemy planes will keep taking off to engage your allied forces. You can destroy any aircraft that are trying to take off for some free credits.
There are two docked 205 air battleships by the water. These airships don't have any armaments so there’s no need to waste your ASMs on them. A couple of STDM hits and some gun hits should be enough to destroy them for some easy credits.
After clearing the ground targets, you can now focus on the air battle above the city. The air targets include several F/C-16s, F/D-14s, MG-29s, a Littoria Mk.II air battlecruiser, and a 205-A air battleship. If you have the Chimera, try to instantly destroy the airships so you’ll have an easier time dealing with their escorts. If you’re using any other plane, try to at least disable the advanced AA armaments of the airships or lure the enemy aircraft away from their protective bubble so you can pick them off more easily.
Continue wiping out the enemy air units to move on to the next phase of the mission. Several waves of cordium warhead cruise missiles. You can attempt to shoot these down for extra credits (250 each). You won’t be able to stop all cruise missiles, no matter how much you try. As some of the cruise missiles hit the ground below, all hell breaks loose.
Continue shooting down as many cruise missiles as you can until a blinding flash of light occurs. The cataclysmic devastation turned the city and the surrounding area into a hellscape. Since the visibility is dangerously limited, keep an eye out on your altitude and angle to avoid crashing into the terrain. The mission will be completed shortly after.
A larger number of F/C-15s and F/C-16s will take part in the battle.
