There are a total of 48 Achievements in the game, totaling exactly 1000 Gamer Points, which are unlocked by fulfilling specific requirements.

SPM = Obtained in Single-Player Mode Only.
* = Cannot be unlocked with Invincibility Cheat activated.

03. Admiral of the fleet (30 GS) Convert every system to the Republic. (SPM)

05. Are all Jedi so reckless? (10 GS) Complete Jedi Crash.

06. Cheat! (70 GS) Collect all Red Power Bricks. (SPM)

07. Clanker collector (50 GS) Unlock/purchase all 'Droid' characters. (SPM)

08. Follow me, boys! (10 GS) Complete Duel of the Droids.

09. Impressive, most impressive (100 GS) Complete the game to 100% (SPM)

10. Isn't negotiation the Jedi way? (20 GS) Complete all Bounty missions. (SPM)

11. Jango's army! (50 GS) Unlock/purchase all 'Clone' characters. (SPM)

12. Jedi Master (70 GS) True Jedi in every level. (SPM)

13. Liberation! (10 GS) Complete Liberty on Ryloth.

14. Me'sa rescued you (10 GS) Complete Gungan General.

15. Not so tough now are ya Sparky? (10 GS) Complete Rookies.

16. Okay clankers, suck lasers! (10 GS) Complete Ambush.

17. Oops. What happened? (10 GS) Complete Blue Shadow Virus.

18. R6 take me home (10 GS) Complete Lair of Grievous.

19. Saberang Master (10 GS) Use Yoda to defeat 5 enemies with one lightsaber throw.

20. Stealth wealth (70 GS) Collect all Gold bricks. (SPM)

Secret Achievements

In addition to the standard Achievements, whose description you can read in the list of Achievements on your console, there are Secret Achievements whose description is concealed in order to prevent the revelation of what may be spoiling information for your game play.  Please remember that reading these may provide information you are not intended to have, and do not blame me if you find that the reading of these detracts from your enjoyment of the game!

35. Attack of the clones! (10 GS) Deploy 500 Clones.

36. Blending in (10 GS) Have all your party members disguised as Senate Commandos in Hostage Crisis. (SPM)

37. Field commander (10 GS) Using the Radio ability, command troops 50 times.
This one seems to be problematic for a lot of players -- so if you want to boost it, simply Free Play the mission Innocents over Rythlos and have the troops pretty much do all of the shooting, having them take out the flowers and other objects and you will have this before you even enter the village.

38. Finders Keepers (10 GS) Hijack 20 enemy units in Ground Battles.

39. Goldie Blocks (10 GS) Overheat and destroy 50 gold LEGO bricks.

40. Got a bad feeling about this (10 GS) Land on the Invisible Hand.
 
41. Great shot kid (10 GS) Destroy an enemy building with a proton torpedo
 
42. It ain't like dusting crops boy (10 GS) Complete: 5 Loop the loops, 5 Back flips, 5 corkscrews.

43. Land-o Calrissian (10 GS) On a flying level, land a space ship whilst controlling Lando Calrissian.

44. The Force is with you (10 GS) Complete a story level without dying*

45. They'll never see us coming (20 GS) Win 3 consecutive Arcade Mode Battles.

46. Twice the pride, double the fall (10 GS) Defeat Anakin with Count Dooku

47. UH OH! (20 GS) Using the Force, take control of a Super Battle Droid and destroy 50 other Droids.

48. We really did say no prisoners (10 GS) Destroy 100 Droids with the Clone Chain-gun.
