What Items Respawn

Last Updated:
In previous Mainstream Pokemon Games, the only Items that would usually respawn in the overworld would be that of Berries. However, in this game, there are so many more items that will respawn on a daily basis. For one, the hidden items across the Kanto Region, signified by your Starter Partner Pokemon's tail wagging, will respawn in the exact area they were first found every twenty-four hours. This also includes the items hidden in rocks within the vast number of caves throughout the region and the ones found on the floor of the Celadon City Game Corner! This basically gives players unlimited access to Berries, Potions, Poke Balls, and so much more!

On top of this, rare Items (such as Max Revives and Master Balls) can be found in the sparkling spots within Cerulean Cave, as well as Fossils within the large central crystal on various floors of the cave. However, unlike the hidden items found across the Kanto Region, the hidden items on the second floor of Cerulean Cave respawn each and every time you exit and enter the floor. Never before in the Mainstream Pokemon Games have items respawned in the matter of minutes, that is, until now in this very game!
