When Pokemon: Let's Go, Eevee was first announced, many fans speculated how the Pokemon Company would incorporate Shiny Pokemon within the game (if at all). For those that aren't aware, Shiny Pokemon are extremely rare Pokemon that have alternate colors compared to that given Pokemon Species in its usual form. Shiny Pokemon are no stronger than the same Pokemon of normal color, but they are increasingly difficult to find.
During Nintendo E3 2018, the Pokemon Company did ultimately confirm that Shiny Pokemon would still be included within Pokemon: Let's Go, Eevee. Later, it was revealed that Shiny Pokemon will by seen as Shiny while in the overworld of the game. They will also have a special shining aura around them that contains a couple of stars (rather than the Blue and Red auras seen around a number of Wild Pokemon that actually denote the size of said Pokemon). This is different compared to how Shiny Pokemon are found in Pokemon GO, where trainers actually don't know a Pokemon is Shiny until they go into battle with it.
