Last Updated:

Level Range of wild Pokémon: 26-28
Pokémon Type
Trapinch Ground
Gible Dragon/Ground
Dugtrio Ground
Graveler* Rock/Ground
Slugma* Fire

* These Pokémon can only be encountered by smashing cracked rocks.

You will notice upon going down the stairs that this field is bare and does not have grass. the wild Pokemon that you will most likely encounter are those who are burrowed underground. You will notice lumps that may approach you, that would be the wild Pokemon. The actions of these wild Pokemon are based on your movement. For every step you take, they also take a step.

The winds in this area would make it hard for you to use your bike or roller skates but there are also areas where in you would need to use your roller skates. There are a lot of hidden items in this area, and it would be wise to use your dowsing machine.

From the stairs, locate the Nest Ball to the west of the path. Head to the right and hug the wall to the north to locate a Smooth Rock hidden next to the rock. This is a held item that increases the duration of [Sandstorm in battle.

Head south and look for a rock to obtain X-Accuracy. Head west and north a bit and keep the dowsing machine on. You should be able to find an Guard Spec..

Stick to the east and when you see the second entrance to Power Plant. Behind it is a Fire Stone

Head south at the southeast part of the map is another locked door. You should see an item at the back. To get there, you would just have to jump over the gap to obtain a Flame Plate.

Head to the west then south to locate a Heat Rock. Similar to Smooth Rock, this item extends the duration of the move Sunny Day.

Take out your roller skates and take the railings to the left. Go south and smash he rock to obtain the Burn Heal on the other side.

Head back north and use your skates on the railing again. Check the lone rock to obtain a PP Up.

Break the rock leading down to a slope to find a Hyper Potion. Follow the path until you end up top to obtain TM57 Charge Beam.

Backtrack and head to the west. Use the railings and follow the path until you obtain a see a Sun Stone.

Head west and cross a bridge until you see a Team Flare Grunt. Before battling him, use the dowsing machine to locate the Power Plant Pass near a rock before him, then challenge the grunt.

Team Flare Grunt (Prize Money: P1,320)
  • LV31 Houndoom (Dark/Fire)
  • LV33 Golbat (Poison/Flying)

After defeating him, continue onwards to the Power Plant.
