This is located to the right of the city entrance in the Southern Boulevard, right before you reach the blacked out part of the city (first visit). They offer a Double Battle meal which will pit you into three
Double Battles in a row. You also have to win each battle within the number of turns they specify. This battle costs p3000.

This is similar to the South Boulevard Restaurant, Restaurant Le Nah. It is located in the Autumnal Avenue, accessible only after restoring power to the city's northern part. This establishment offers a Triple Battle and Rotation Battle Meal, each costs p15,000.
