Kalos Power Plant

This area is pretty straight forward. Upon entering, head forward. There is nothing in this first area.

As you enter the next area, you will be blocked by a Team Flare Grunt.

Team Flare Grunt (Prize Money: P1,280)

• LV32 Scraggy (Dark/Fighting)
• LV32 Croagunk (Poison/Fighting)

As you finish battling him, you may enter the room to the right. There is a guy that sells Fresh Water for an overpriced amount of P300. In the right part of the room is a Zap Plate.

There is nothing else to do in this room, so leave and proceed to the upper right. As you ty ro enter this room, you will be challenged yet again by another grunt.

Enter the room for another battle. Since the grunt will block the way to the right, fight your way through and go around clockwise, defeating the series of grunts along the way.

As you reach the center of this room, you will be challenged by a Team Flare Admin. After defeating him, you can use items to heal if you want then talk to the scientist for the next battle.

Team Flare Aliana (Prize Money: P5,320)

• LV38 Mightyena (Dark)

After you defeat the two, Sina and Dexio will appear and heal your Pokemon. They will also give you Full Restores(x2).

With the first grunt out of the way, go back to the previous area by heading left then south. Go back to the room where the Power Plant staff were held captive. Talk to the guy to the left to obtain TM43 Flame Charge then talk to the scientist near him to obtain a Magnet. This is a held item that increases the power of Electric-type moves.

The guy who was selling the overpriced Fresh Water will now sell it for half the original price. It is up to you if you want to stock up on fresh water. There's no option to buy multiple though.

Now that you are finished with the Power Plant, exit the place and head to the middle-south. Proceed down the stairs for a cutscene. After the cutscene, head to the right and use Rock Smash. There is a Stardust hidden in the ground to the south. Smash the rock to the right to obtain a Rare Candy.

Backtrack and proceed south to enter Lumiose City.
