From the Route 15 gate of Dendemille Town, head north and take the stairs down to enter the Lost Hotel. Bring a Pokémon that can use Rock Smash and Strength. The Lost Hotel contains Punk Guys and Punk Girls that mostly have Dark or Poison-type Pokémon.

Talk to the Punk Guy near the entrance for a battle. Head south and ignore the path to the left for now, you’ll see Punk Girl this time. If you see shaking green trash cans, examine it.

Punk Guy Sid (Prize Money: P1,872)

  • LV39 Scrafty (Dark/Fighting)
  • LV39 Sharpedo (Water/Dark)
  • LV39 Pawniard (Dark/Steel)

Punk Girl Jeanne (Prize Money: P1,920)

  • LV40 Seviper (Poison)
  • LV40 Arbok (Poison)

Past the Punk Girl is a Smoke Ball. This is a held item that lets a Pokémon escape wild encounters without fail. Head back up and take the path to the left this time and defeat the Punk Couple.

Punk Couple Zoya and Asa (Prize Money: P4,032)

  • LV42 Garbodor (Poison)
  • LV42 Pangoro (Fighting/Dark)

Continue to the left and inspect the trash can if it is shaking. The Punk Girl here isn’t a trainer. Head north and the Punk guy will let you pass only if you know enough Roller Skating tricks. Roller Skaters in Lumiose City will teach you the tricks.

You will then be introduced to the boss, Boss. He will teach you a new trick: the cosmic flip.

After the scene, head to the right, past the cracked wall to obtain a Twisted Spoon. This is a held item that boosts Psychic-type moves. Smash the cracked wall to obtain TM95 Snarl.

Exit the ruins and head to Route 16. Just follow the path south from the Lost Hotel. Use strength to push the boulder down and enter the ruins to the left. Head to the second floor and use the dowsing machine to find a Max Revive in the upper left corner of the building.

There are also stairs that lead to the basement in these ruins. Enter it to reach the second part of the Lost Hotel.

Upon entering you’ll see a trainer that’s walking fast. Near him are two cracked walls. The wall to the right does not contain anything while the one on the left contains a Dread Plate.

Punk Guy Slater (Prize Money: P2,016)

  • LV42 Dunsparce (Normal)

Head to the left first and ignore the cracked wall as it is also empty. Talk to the skater and the end and she will give you TM56 Fling. Return to the fork and head north, where you will encounter another punk.

Punk Guy Jacques (Prize Money: P1,920)

  • LV40 Skuntank (Poison/Dark)
  • LV40 Crawdaunt (Water/Dark)

The path to the north east leads to the same as the one to the west. Head west and defeat the Punk Girl in that area. Behind her are two cracked walls. The one to the lower right leads to a Protector. This is an item that when held by Rhydon, lets it evolve to Rhyperior when traded.

Punk Girl Cecile (Prize Money: P1,920)

  • LV40 Liepard (Dark)
  • LV40 Liepard (Dark)

Breaking the other cracked walls will lead you to a green trashcan. Aside from that, there is nothing else in that area. You may backtrack and return to town or proceed to Route 16. You may use Dig or Escape Rope if you want a shortcut out.
