As you enter Route 12, talk to the first person you see and he will give you a Lapras. If you teach Lapras Surf and use it for Surf, you will be seen riding a Lapras on the water. Enter the fenced area behind him and head to the upper right to obtain a Honey hidden in the ground.

Go south this time use Cut in order to obtain an Aspear Berry in this area.

Head back to the area near the breeder and use Surf. Battle the swimming trainer if you want.

Swimmer Alessandro (Prize Money: P432)

  • LV29 Qwilfish (Water/Poison)
  • LV27 Binacle (Rock/Water)

Cross the river and land on the beach on the other side. Head south for a Net Ball hidden in a rock. Go north and talk to the backpacker near the stairs for a battle.

Climb the stairs and go in to the patch of yellow flowers to the south. Head to the lower left and use Cut to obtain Leftovers

Go back up to the main road and enter Baa de Mer Ranch. Follow the road to the left and enter the house. Talk to the little girl and she will give you TM45 Attract.

Exit the house and go down the stairs to the right and take the narrow path beside it. Use Cut to obtain a Sachet

Ride one of the Skiddos and jump up the ledge to the left. Go down and follow a narrow path to the west for a Whipped Dream. Go back and head north this time until you find three consecutive ledges. Jump to the right to obtain a Shiny Stone

If you want, you can take the Skiddo to the lower right area of the ranch and you will be able to jump over the broken fence. While riding the Skiddo, trainers will ignore you. Dismount the Skiddo if you want to battle.

From the fence, there are two trainers. One to the left and one to the right. Follow the main path and dismount to battle them.

Youngster Aidan (Prize Money: P648)

  • LV27 Yanma (Bug/ Flying)
  • LV27 Whirlipede (Bug/Poison)

From the youngster, follow the path to battle another trainer.

Pokemon Breeder Foster (Prize Money: P928)

  • LV27 Zangoose (Normal)
  • LV29 Tauros (Normal)

Dismount and take the stairs up and then down to the left. Talk to the fisherman for a battle. After defeating him, use your dowsing machine to locate a hidden Ice Heal in the sand.

Fisherman Murray (Prize Money: P1,344)

  • Lv24 Magikarp x6 (Water)

Use surf and follow head west. Follow the coast until you reach an area will shallow water with a single rock in the middle. Check it to obtain a Water Stone.

From here, you have two options: you can continue surfing to the east then north to reach Azure Bay for extra battles and items or you can continue with the story and head east to Coumarine City.
