34: A Mystery Event
As you enter the gatehouse on your way to Route 10 the guard stops you -- and tells you about a strange storm on Route 7... We cannot abide a mystery, so we must duck outside and Fly to Icirrus City, then run through the Mountain and out the other side to discover that it is pouring rain -- with lightning mixed with near blinding rain.
As you pass the Rest House the old woman comes out and convinces you to come in out of the weather -- and you gladly do! She tells you about Tornadus -- the Legendary roaming Pokemon that is causing all of the weather. She gives you some soup, and provides more information about him.
Capturing the Legendary Tornadus
When you leave Tornadus appears and then flies off, making the weather clear, which means he has left the area. Now the problem with capturing this guy is that he can move to a different zone every time YOU do. The best way to find him then is to go to a city with an exit on a Route, then move out and back until you get the bad weather that tells you he is present!
Once that happens, wander the tall grass until you encounter him, and then use your Master Ball to capture him! I am warning you -- trying to capture him without a Master Ball is a big job, because unless you have a way to keep it from happening he will run as soon as it is his turn to move...
How I did it was to Fly to Opelucid City and then go in and out of the gatehouse to Route 9 until I got weather, then ran into the grass and captured him. It took less than five minutes but I was VERY lucky, and it may take you a LOT longer!

I got him on the first encounter with a quick ball! XD
I have him and his ability is great and in omega ruby and afa Safire you can get him to if you have castfom.

When going to Tornadus fly to Miselstalton city instead of Icceres, than just go to route 7

How do you get Deoxys?
I got him with a lot of quick balls.
when i heard about tornadus from my friend he told me just talk to the old lady and do all that other stuff so i did that and i went to the pokemon center then i put Deoxys & Mew in my party i flew to the city with the airport and it was raining and i didnt think i would run into tornadus but i said what the heck so i just walked into some grass and it was tornadus i was pretty exited and caught it then i found out its not really that good so i just went on pokemon negotiations online and traded for a Zekrom and i thaught that was a pretty good trade ;)
Quick Balls, though very risky, can work on the very first throw; it happened with me. :D
