How to Allow a Program or Feature through Windows Firewall

Click the Windows Button located on the lower left edge of the screen then click on Control Panel.

Click System and Security.

Click Windows Firewall.

On the left pane, click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall.

Choose which program you want to modify the settings. If the program is not listed, click Allow another program.

You can either browse on the list or you can browse the file on folders in case the program is not listed and then click Add. It should be listed from the previous screen the program you just added.
