Einherjar Reinforce Skills

Reinforce Skills are special buffs or effects that get activated as soon as an Einherjar is summoned and when doing transition attacks. Each einherjar has different reinforce skills and the effects will remain on valkyrie as long as they’re on the field. In our Einherjar Reinforce Skills Guide, we will cover the various reinforce skills each einherjar has.

Valkyrie Elysium is the latest title of the renowned Valkyrie series. Play as the Valkyrie as she purifies the land from evil in a collapsing world as Ragnarok looms. Summon the souls of chosen warriors called Einherjars to assist you in combat and unleash the power of Divine Arts to smite your foes.

Overview

As mentioned above, einherjars have their own unique Reinforce Skills. These skills are fixed and cannot be leveled up; however, their effects become more potent as your einherjars become stronger. As you keep summoning your einherjars, their Physical and Magic Attack stats will increase at the end of the level depending on how many times they’re summoned.

The good thing is, auto-summoning counts towards this so if you want a specific Einherjar to grow faster, you can adjust their Auto-Summon conditions accordingly. So far, the easiest Auto-Summon triggers or conditions are Normal Attack and Chained Attack so assign your preferred einherjar to be auto-summoned under those conditions. Auto-summoning still consumes souls but the amount of souls needed will be significantly lower.

Reinforce Skills have two activation effects: Summon and Transition Attack. The summon reinforce effect gets activated through regular and auto-summoning. As for transition attack conditions, I’m personally not entirely sure. Unfortunately the game doesn’t have a clear definition of that either. But if we apply common sense definition here, this could be the automatic attack an Einherjar performs as soon as he or she is summoned as they transition from being summoned to actively being in combat. (Please don’t hesitate to comment below if correction is necessary).

Reinforce Skill List

You can review an einherjar’s reinforce skill by going to the menu, selecting the Einherjar tab, then press the button to “Change of Display Contents”. For the PS5, you have to press [square] to display the alternate information, as shown below.
